Get the current approver for the item updated in ITSC:
Make the following selections from Make a Request page:
• Services
• Browse Catalog
• Application Services
• ITSC Request Portal Services
• Service Request Catalog Data Maintenance for Shared Drive and Approver Updates (Add, Change, Delete)
• Complete and submit the request
There are several similarly named items in this category. Be sure to select the one for Shared Drives. You must complete and attach the required template to the request. It is available on the Item Details page but I am also attaching it here for your convenience.
Resubmit the existing request
Once the above change has been completed (not just submitted), follow the attached “resubmit instructions” to change the approver on the existing request. It is important that you follow the instructions. Simply hitting the resubmit button, without at least updating the comments, will not reevaluate the approval flow.
