To respond to the second research question mentioned in the pre- vious section, it demands that participants of the study possess ex- perience in managing projects and they must be either participating or making decisions about projects. With that in mind, a qualitative research method (explained in the Appendix) with a structured set of questions (as shown in the Supplemental material) in the form of a table was distributed to a project management professional asso- ciations and groups consisting of project managers. The table in the Supplemental material was used for discussing with the participants in the study and for filling out the white blank cells of the matrix as outlined therein. It was sent to a total of 152 people of which, 56 people responded to the survey (37% response rate). Data is gath- ered from discussions, interviews, and with occasional follow-up email messages.
