Statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS 18. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation between two quantitative variables; t-test, ANOVA and Tukey test were used to compare quantitative variables between the groups under study; and chi-squared test was used to evaluate the relationship between qualitative variables. Statistical significance was defined at P < 0.05. In order to re-evaluate the reliability of the two questionnaires whose reliability and reproducibility have already been confirmed, Cronbach’s alpha was calculated. In addition, the conformity between ADD and SC scores of each questionnaire was evaluated by calculating Pearson’s correlation coefficient. ICC
