Printing the tickets
What are the instructions for printing the tickets?
To be valid, tickets must be printed as follows:
- Use a laser or inkjet printer with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
- Print on white A4 paper
- Print in black & white or in colour
- Use vertical paper orientation (portrait setup)
- Set print size to 100% (do not reduce or increase the print size)
In addition, the tickets must meet the following requirements:
- The printed ticket must match what you see on your screen.
- The frame around the ticket must be entirely visible.
- Text embedded in images must be legible.
- We recommend you check that your printer prints the home-printed tickets correctly, by downloading and printing the test ticket which can be accessed through the shop's delivery method selection page.
Must I print my tickets in colour?
No, a ticket has the same validity whether in black & white or in colour.
Can I print my ticket several times?
Yes, it is possible to reprint your ticket, especially if you have damaged it or if its bar code has become illegible.
However, each ticket is unique, nominative, non-transferable and secured. The bar code will be checked with an electronic reader when you enter the park (only one entry is possible per day the ticket is valid).
So be careful to only keep one printed version of your ticket and destroy any others.
