Develop course for improve efficiency & skill at least 1 curriculum for Collections.
Prepare and planning training session for new FCR, experience FCR, new collector, experience collector, new supervisor, experience supervisor and manager in order to improve efficiency.
Arrange training class for all OA one a year.
Control Participants had attended in training class > 80% per class and attend at least 2 classes per year.
Update training calendar and inform to all staff (ILDP, e-learning).
Ensure staff completes all of the E-learning and ILDP assigned.
Monitor and follow up collection academy program.
Follow up skill after all staff attended training class.
Arrange activity for engage and drive performance collection staff.
Provide reward for good performer to recognize and improve performance.

Direct experience in call monitoring or training.
Communication and coaching skills.
