On addition 0.5 equiv. of anions to the R1, the signal at δ 13.6, which is assigned to the triazole NH group almost disappeared and the signal at δ 10.4, corresponding to OH of the phenyl ring becamebroad, upon further addition of 0.5 equiv. of the anions, the two signals corresponding to NH and OH disappeared completely which confirms the interaction between these groups and the anions. The deprotonation of the R1 induced the electron density over the phenyl moiety and driving it to the upfield region slightly.
