Formulate or recommend and implement a competitive compensation and benefits package that will directly help the company achieve the objective, retain employees and attract outsiders
Analysis market data to ensure company competitiveness and ensure that compensation and benefits administration are managed properly
Set market adjustment and job assessment/evaluation in order to lunch retention program, promotion scheme
Set up salary structure, job matching to be guidelines for hiring successful candidate or internal transferring
Manage annual performance evaluation, the year-end process and prepare HR budget including performance bonus, merit increase and promotion
Day to day advise on salary administrations of salary increase
Review company policy e.g. car allowance/position allowance / mobile phone by benchmarking with market data and competitors
Help Compensation and Benefit Manager on salary management and provide market information analysis such as Turnover analysis / ROI / Time attendance / Overtime / Headcount / Labor Cost
Lead HR special projects as required
