a) Responsible for ensuring that financial records are kept up to date and accurate, must provide advice to the team on financial decisions, including tax issues, that would affect the customers. b) Preparation of annual Property Taxes reconciliation & estimate c) Maintains the normal ledger and consolidates reporting in accordance to customers' requirement d) Manages the accuracy and productivity of everyday routines of accounts payable, money disbursements and fixed property e) Supervises, trains and evaluates a crew of specialists on the whole Accounting, Money Programs, Accounts Payable and Tax f) Analyzes accrual ranges, account reconciliations, and undesirable financial debt reserves. g) Maintains the accounting process h) Handles assortment and financial institution statement reconciliation i) Approves journey and expense reviews for processing j) Interfaces with exterior audit companies, casualty/liability insurance coverage agents, and credit score card corporations k) Analyzes and interprets monetary info and recommends alterations to enhance systems and monetary efficiency l) Any other assigned works, if any.
