Responsibilities:
1. Leading and coaching a team of Customer Service in the shop.
2. Friendly and cheerful personality in order to lead communication with the customer in the shop if there is any query or dispute.
3. Good understanding of all tasks and responsibilities of Customer Service in the team, including back them up in their tasks if short handed.
4. Able to assist in preparing the ingredients, taking orders in the Point of Sales (PoS), drink preparation and support the management on marketing efforts.
5. Overall responsible for the team performance in the shop - accurate sales & customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
• Male or Female 22-35 years
• Vocational Degree
• Experience 0-3 years
Additional Qualification/Special Requirement:
1. Very customer oriented and mature to handle different situations from the customer.
2. Honest and truthful in executing his/her responsibilities.
3. A strong team player and willing to help and collaborate to make the shop & the team a success.
