Ensuring assigned programs are implemented.
Overseeing design, development and review procedures.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Providing the executive management with early indicators of program trends/risks.
Providing specific training to employees on applicable processes and requirements.
Performing specific audits of processes, artifacts, and document control activities.
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Promoting quality achievement and continuous process improvements.
Participating in quality system improvements.
Identifying specific quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Collating and analysing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher, MBA or any related fields.
Minimum of an Associate Level Engineering License.
5-10 years engineering, quality engineering and manufacturing management experience (trailer or automotive-industry experience will be a plus).
Ability to research QA/QC requirements and develop effective project training.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team setting.
Ability to work with all groups of employees and clients.
Must have strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Strong organisational and writing skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Experience of utilising quality tools such as quality functional deployment, control charts, flow charts, pareto, and other related tools.
