Purpose of role :-
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department. Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation and employment.
Role Responsibilities :-
•Screen candidates for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarize resume for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
•Interview candidates and provide feedback to both Resourcing Manager and Line Manager
•Proceed in hiring the outsource workers for other departments and monitor, the performance of the outsource company to improve the effectiveness.
•Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
•Draft/ prepare various HR reports, letters, employment contracts and other correspondence in accordance to departmental needs/ upon Manager’s request
•Ensure accurate and timely update of HR system and database
•Coordinate the scheduling of training classes, including scheduling of instructors and facilities and publicizing the training schedule
•Collect, analyze and report course evaluations and maintain regular training metrics and reports Program Assistant specifically entails
•Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support training area.
