In the RFID technology, standard frequencies are
HF band (13.56MHz), UHF band (860 ~ 960MHz)
and ISM band (2.4GHz), which are being studied by
most of the countries, but HF bandwidth RFID has a
disadvantage that its antennae recognition area is
very narrow using inductively coupled plasma and
ISM bandwidth RFID has a disadvantage that the
function of an entire RFID system is variable because
it is sensitive to surrounding environment. However,
the UHF bandwidth is outstanding in recognition rate
of passive tag and recognition distance and can
quickly recognize a number of tags at the same time
using electronic wave radiation. And as it is very
insensitive to surrounding environment and tag and
tag chip can be produced at reasonable price, it is the
most attractive bandwidth of RFID. Currently, UHF
bandwidth (908.5 ~ 914MHz) was declared as being
assigned for RFID and being studied in various fields
[3][4][5].
