- prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Assist researcher to contact with respondents and customers for qualitative and quantitative research including with concerns government
- organize and coordinate meetings and research related
- type and distribute minutes of meetings
- maintain schedules and calendars arrange and confirm appointments ,
- handle incoming mail and other materials
- set up and maintain filling systems collate information
- Liaise between internal and external contacts and co-ordinate with third parties
