One of the most important parameters that describe the separation
performance of a membrane is its permeability. This parameter
is typically used to provide an indication of the capacity of a membrane
to process the permeate. A high permeability means a high
throughput [57]. Fig. 8 presents the water permeation data. In this
test, the tubular configuration was chosen for the prepared membranes.
The experimental installation is shown in Fig. 1a. The water
flux through a porous membrane is influenced by several parameters
according to the Hagen–Poiseuille equation [58]: the pore size
