RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Presenting the product or service, arranging meetings with new accounts & potential customers to prospect for business. Services existing customer & new accounts by planning visit schedule.
2. Listening to customer requirements, relationship building, gaining a clear understanding of businesses & requirements, gathering market & customer information; focuses sales efforts by studying customer demand tracking & follow up.
3.Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries and provides historical records after contact to monitor customer’s feedback and resolves the complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, recommend to management.
4. Negotiating the terms of agreement, price, costs, delivery & specifications until closing sales and submits quotation by referring to cost breakdown and product literature. Creating detailed proposal documents, support quotation & bidding process.
5. Monitors competition by gathering marketplace info on pricing, products, competitor’s update and changes in products, service & policy by evaluating results & competitive developments.
6. Contributes to new project leader, engineer & production team, effort by accomplishing related results and liaising with PC Section to check the progress of existing & new model orders.
7. Maintains professional & technical knowledge.
8. Keeps management informed by submitting activity & results reports, daily reports, weekly plans, monthly & annual analysis.
9. Reviewing your own sales performance to meet the targets.
10. To handle and control Occupational Health Safety and Environmental activity.
