Please kindly request get new laptop for K.Jiraporn since we have spend almost 2 days to fixed of laptop performance issue.
As of now we have a lot of work to pending of deliverable so this's not our response to resolve of this problem. The support team have to provide the facility which had been pass QC before deliver to us.
To resolve this issue, I had been discus with K.Kong already to buy new laptop for her.
