TechRequest, the application to manage your technical queries, is evolving!
As you may know, available 24/7, it allows the submission, follow-up and closure of technical requests, including AOG ones.
Besides, since 3 November 2014, more than 800 airlines, MROs & lessors manage their daily queries related to ‘Structural Repair’ and ‘Engineering Support’ domains thanks to this new application!
Please be informed that TechRequest is now extended to new query domains: Technical manuals, Service Bulletins (SBs), Upgrade Services (Requests For Change/ RFCs), and GSE tools. These new domains have been opened on 9 June 2015.
From today onwards, every new technical request related to the above listed domains shall be raised by using TechRequest within AirbusWorld portal and not by e-mail anymore.
