We already sent all information and reference photos compared between your current product and our delivered product to maker, but we’re not sure that the maker have stock same quality as we delivered to you or not.
Our Japanese staff would like to see and compare the actual product condition both of good product and NG product. Could you please give us for the sample?
In case you don’t have the sample, can we take a look the product at your factory for more information?
