We just had one issue from our customer.
It was a piece of small stone if your canned spicy tomato sardine.
Please kindly forward your Quality department:
1. Is it possible to eliminate foreign substances during washing process?
2. When you clean fish taking out Gut, does it happen to find this type of stone inside of fish?
3. Please inform is you use filter for Tomato sauce before you fill it into cans.
Also, if you make sauce from ingredients, please inform your fresh tomatoes are washed and have manual sorting(taking out foreign substances) at farm.
4. Please inform any of possible causes.
5. Please inform any preventive measurement.
