2007 – 2010 Position : Marketing Support
• Prepare The 1 Card materials & tools for Business Unites i.e. physical card, application form, cash coupon.
• Handle and solve customer’s cases from customers service department, Call center.
• Update and Inform The 1 Card campaigns to Business units to make sure that customers receive the message.
• Coordinate with Business Units operation and marketing department for all The 1 Card medias support.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to improve the operational systems. (Media, Booth, training staff) ..
