Working Hours
The number or working hours is 8 hours on each day, but not exceeding 48 hours per week, excluding the rest period of one (1) hour, The normal working hours shall be as prescribed in the Employee Handbook.
In case of necessity, the Employee is expected to work outside the working hours, including the possibility of working at weekends from time to time. The employee may also be expected travel k other locations at times outside of the normal working hours
6. Duties
6.1 The Employee agrees and acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to unilaterally change or add assignments, duties, position and/or reporting relationships as deemed appropriate,
6.2 The Employee shall perform duties diligently and conscientiously and devote substantially time and attention, and energies, to the business and/or Company.
6,3 The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the effective performance of the duties requires the highest level of integrity and the Company can rely on the Employee in relationship with other employees of the Company and with all persons dealt with by the Employee in the course of employment.
6.4 In addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Employee shall comply with the Company's work rules, regulations, and policies of the Company in effect now and/or may hereafter be in force and all lawful and reasonable instructions and orders as may be given by the Company. As at the date of this Agreement, the Employee acknowledges and thoroughly understands information in the Company's rules, regulations and policies.
6.5 The Employee agrees to strictly comply with rules, regulations, announcements, guidelines or policies prescribed by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Stock Exchange of Thailand SET) and competent authorities, which are now or may hereafter be in force and applicable to Employee. Violation of any provisions thereof may result in the immediate termination of employment.
6.6 The Employee may be asked, from time to time, to disclose information as deemed necessary to comply with regulatory requirements arising from the Company's business activities, including records relating to investments (if any) held by the Employee and connected persons, or which are otherwise consistent with best market practices.
