I keep hearing CSR concerns whether is from email, informing by team or etc.
I would like to ask for meeting then we can understand what are the exact concerns or issues to make CSR unable to work longer with SSL.
I hope you are tracking or knowing the reason of CSR’s leaving company after work less than 6 month or a year.
Then we can discuss on what can prevent since recruit them and even what my team need to do.
Expectation for this meeting is to hear from PRTR about the concerns from CSRs why they could not work with us in longer period and suggestion.
