Are the fish used in the small and big can different as well?
The skin of the fish in the 155g was falling off. That of the 425g was although dull, has better appearance, the skin was still unbroken.
We compared the samples against Ayam brand.
The sardines from the Ayam brand was with glossy appearance, texture was firm and good.
We wonder how did they achieve the glossy appearance.
Please also advise the drained weight of these samples.
