Responsible for the daily operation of the Utage Venue. Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained. Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.
The Assistant Manager will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
The Assistant Manager will assume full responsibility for the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
