Thoroughly reading this article, I agree that eating it's directly effects on the health of human. But what continues to be a problem is that most of people avoid eating foods that are healthy just because addictive with the taste and appearance of junk food or sweets more than vegetables, fruits and herbs. For instance, as my case in eating vegetables with bitter taste, such as bitter gourd or some herbs with properties against diseases of various kinds. Which I still overlook the benefits of it and refused to eat only because cannot get the smell and taste bitter as medicine. However, I learned from the article that make me attention and look for recipes with a mixture of herbs to make eating each day that’s easy more than and benefit for my body.
