the biggest causes of stress for me is my TOEFL examination. I feel stress every time before I have TOEFL test. personally, the vocabulary is very difficult. I try to remember that but it is hard to remember. in addition, the speaking part is hard as well because my pronunciation is no good and I feel nervous while I am in the examination.
this problem make me stress and sometime I am insomnia.
When I feel stress,I have many techniques to reduce it. first, I meditate. it make me feel relax. Second, I listen music that I like and eat some chocolate. Third , I play my favorite games.
