around after 2005 and kept on a stationary level with minor fluctuations.
It would be attractive to study whether the observed trends in
the relative risks are significant. However, this would require an uncertainty
analysis for the risk estimates, and at present no method is available
to us to perform this type of analysis. Furthermore, it should be
stressed that this kind of study, which is based on register data, does
not allow a comparison with a situation without interventions.
