The main objective of this paper is to provide some basic information
on the properties of soli-based foamed concrete. In the
experimental program, the physical properties of soil-based
foamed concrete were tested and analysed. In addition, the effects
of foam volume fraction and silica fume on the dry density, compressive
strength, thermal conductivity, and water resistance of
soil-based foamed concrete were investigated. According to the
results of the hygroscopic tests, the best-fitting curves based on
analytical functions have been obtained.
