1. Provide business process analysis
• Work with the business to identify and document current business processes
• Work with the business to identify process improvements
• Work with the business to define business requirements for HW/SW related projects
• Develop application and configuration changes for HW/SW products based on business changes and requests.
2. Application support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide central focus for advanced troubleshooting support for HTO staff
• Provide project leadership for upgrades and revisions to enterprise products and related tools
• Identify and correct application problems
3. Responsible for supporting one or more systems in order to provide the best quality, service and product to our customers.
4. Act as a business analyst; develop expertise in HTI business areas.
5. Research and implement technologies that have benefit to HTI
6. Provide leadership for development efforts as needed.
