Cardholder Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of your Business to instruct each authorized cardholder on the proper usage of the Business Debit Card and PIN
(personal identification number). Each authorized cardholder has certain responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: signing the
card, safekeeping the PIN, using the card as instructed by the business for business purposes, reporting lost, stolen or unauthorized activity
immediately.
It is also your business’s responsibility to take a Business Debit Card from any employee or other person in possession of the card if the
intent is to terminate that person’s authority to use the card.
Additional Risk Associated With Use Of Business Debit Cards
You will not have the benefit of any consumer law limiting liability with respect to the unauthorized use of your Business Debit Card.
This means your liability for the unauthorized use of your Business Debit Card could be greater than the liability in a consumer debit card
transaction. You accept and agree to undertake the additional risk and greater measure of liability associated with the use of business
purpose cards as described in this Agreement.
Liability
The Bank has no liability to you other than imposed upon the Bank by law for our lack of good faith or failure to act in accordance with
the reasonable commercial standards of the banking business.

If you believe that your Business Debit Card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money
