Please note we charge only upon shipment. Any charge you might see before shipment is merely a temporary hold or authorization charge placed by your bank to ensure you have the funds available when you placed your order. It should reflect back on your card in a matter of days depending on your bank. Upon shipment you should be sent an email along with the final bill. This is when we actually take the money from your card.
Since your order was cancelled before it shipped out, we did not charge you. You may contact your bank and ask them for your money because it should have reflected already.
