parameters. Without loss of generality, we choose ˙E0 = 1s−1.
The predicted curves between Σy/Σ0 and ˙ E/ ˙E0 are shown in Figs. 5(a)–5(f) for PC, ABS,
and PC/ABS blends, respectively. The values of A and B are calculated and shown in Table 3.
The error value in Fig. 5 is the standard deviation of parameter fitting. It is clearly seen that
the present model is reasonable to describe the relationship between the yielding stress and the
strain rate of PC, ABS, and PC/ABS blends from low (10−4 s−1) to high (103 s−1) strain rates.
