We've had an issue this morning where a certain member of our team is getting their floor plans sent directly to Spam meaning they are not being successfully sent through to you.
I have set up a filter to 'Never send to Spam' for this specific email address. I have asked them to now send through a plan to test this has worked so please do not draw the plan.
I have asked her to include in the subject line 'TEST - DO NOT DRAW THIS PLAN' so you will hopefully see this email come through at some point today. Again, please do not draw this plan as it's purely just a test.
