Roles and Responsibilities
1 Exports required data from automatic fare collection (AFC) workstations. Compiles information and generates reports for management on a daily basis.
2 Assists Manager in collecting data to prepare reports.
3 Assists Manager in gathering, validating, analyzing and reporting on information such as number of patronage, ticket usage, etc., when requested by internal and external parties.
4 Assists Manager in gathering information for customer satisfaction surveys.
5 Register survey data.
6 Proposes new and effective ways to gather and manage data (e.g., establishing a computerized database for the section to promote paperless system).
7 Provides necessary information when required within the section.
8 Performs other duties as assigned.
