Navarro-Alarcón et al. (2011) and Llorent-Martínez et al. (2012).
The content of Zn, Cu and Ni was lower, while Cr was high than
Hasan and Arzu (2012), Cu was high than Llorent-Martínez et al.
(2012) while lower than Abdulkhaliq, Swaileh, Hussein, and
Matani (2012). The fruit mixed drinking yogurts showed comparatively
high content of Cu (718.29 ± 1.79), similar to that of Hasan
and Arzu (2012). The content of Sr was the same as reported
for commercial yogurts from Poland (Nabrzyski & Gajewska,
2002).Thus from the comparison it can be judged that minor elements
in this study were between the published literature for milk
and yogurts across the world
