Loan Operations:
1. Ensure that the Activation Form, the signing authority is sufficient. Currently, 1 of 2 should be signed by head of Credit Administration (CAD) of GM. Check and clarify with CAD if there is any unclear term / condition
2. Check Promissory Note, Form of Receipt and related notices by borrower/facility agents and Loan ticket from Treasury Dept. wherther:
- Drawdown instructions are proper: drawdown date, drawdown amount, interest period & method of drawdown disbursement.
- Drawdown amount is within operatiove limit.
3. Ensure correctness of all inputting of the details as per loan ticket (Drawdown, Payment, Rollover of Loans & etc.) into Loan module under MidusPlus.
4. Ensure tha Loan Operations are properly and correctly operated.
5.Review daily reports from Intellistor on next working day morning to ensure loan details written on Loan Tickets were correctly input in the systems and prepare loan comfimation and transaction advice.
6. To collect interest of call loan at month-end.
7. To monitor all loan products i.e. short-term, term loans, call loans, construction loans, syndicated loans including drawdown, rollover, repayment of loan, interest collection on maturity dates.
8. To ensure all fee& commission are collected timely and ad-hoc changing of interest for call loan as and when as announcement by BOT.
9. To updated loan outstanding worksheet in share drive
Treasury Operations:
1. To input GL entry into the M+system
2. Registration & distribution of incoming SWIFT messages (Back up)
Assistant Manager of Credit Administration Department
1. Provide commercially -viable legal and documentation advice to front-line and operation colleagues on a regular basis which helps the front lines achieve their financial targets.
2.To help for drafting Letter of Offer and coordinate relevant department to provide the agreement and other documents to execute of any Loan, such as Construction Loan and Syndicate Loan.
3. To re-checking the Credit Application from RM and issuance the memo to operation Department in order to comply with the conditions in the Letter of offer giving to the Borrower.
4. Implement standard documentation check following receipt of legal documentation and / or supporting documents and maintain tracking of peding documents until case completed.
5. Implement semi-automated checking of bankruptcy information which helps safeguarding the Bank from dealing with customers whose creditworthiness is dubitable.
6. Prepare and send out covenant tracking report to RMs on timely basis
7. To follow the rehabilitation case of the Borrower
8. To prepare the documents to release the mortgage.
9. To prepare the reports as assigned are submitted timely and accurately to HO
