The 1 d LC50 values of the test organisms exposed to the
water extract bioassays of T. vogelii were determined from linear
(y = m + bx) plots of the probit curves for all the test organisms. These
are presented in Table 1. A two-factor ANOVA was conducted with
the test solution and exposure period and the results reveal that
the three main effects and the partial interactions were significant
(Table 2).
The larvicidal activity of the leaf aqueous leachate of T. vogelii
against A. albopictus larval reported in the present study exhibit
the mosquitocidal properties in the plant leaf extracts suggesting
their use in mosquito population control (Table 1 and Fig. 1). The
leaf aqueous leachate of T. vogelii showed promising larval mortality
