Our findings correlate well with these previous results, in that decreased MDA level and increased SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px
activity was accompanied by improvement in memory impairment. In addition, ginger pharmacopuncture was
shown to improve memory impairment more rapidly than regular acupuncture, although the pattern and magnitude of the changes in oxidative stress were similar for both treatments.
