It appears clearly that the bias estimates do not strongly
depend on the choice of the mean profiles. Indeed, the
maximum difference between the two estimates at a given
crossover point reaches 0.7 cm (P222/085o), which is
slightly higher than the standard error estimated at this
point (0.5 cm). It means that, at the Senetosa calibration
site at least, in so far as accurate mean profiles are available,
whatever the mission or the period of computation,
they can be used to estimate the bias of other missions.
