Today, I have a chance to talk with call center to follow up the case. They inform me that they already forwarded my e-mail to Germany to investigate and resolve the issue. They also inform me that they don’t know how long to fix it as it depends on the time consumed by German Technician.Actually, I already informed this case to my Dealer, TTC Motor, and I noted that dealer already informed MBTH since last 2 weeks. But I just realized that this is the 1st time that MBTH acknowledge my case.I believe that my case is a minor and not significant for MBTH and Dealer but I feel that it not fair enough for customer to buy the product but cannot use it efficiency. Now, I don’t want to use the MMC and propose either MBTH or dealer to take it out from my car.Please kindly response my e-mail and take further action.
