broth by filtration. The BSPs was taken and washed with distilled
water and acetone to remove basal medium present along the pores
and biomass, then dried for 24 h at room temperature. The
immobilized BSPs were weighted. The net weight of the biomass
immobilized on BSPs is the weight difference between BSP before
and after immobilization. Repeatedly the cell loading was calculated
itwas found that average cell loadingwas 44 mg/BSP [14]. The
dried particles were then used for methanolysis.
