All the isolates were evaluated for their anti-HBV activities in vitro in HepG 2.2.15 cell line. Results were summarized in Table 3. Compounds 1, 2 and 7 possessed remarkable anti-HBV activity in vitro, suppressing the secretion of HBsAg with IC50 values of 0.11, 0.33 and 0.09 mM, and HBeAg with IC50 values of 0.18, 0.12 and 0.34 mM, respectively. Besides,compounds 1 and 2 could signifi-cantly inhibit HBV DNA replication with a high SI value of 647.2 and 709.1, respectively, suggesting further investigation on compounds1 and 2 was necessary.
