The CT chest reveals cavities and dilated segmental bronchi in collapsed right lung. Small reticular opacity at left upper lobe. A mild enhancing patchy opacity, 2.7x3.8cm in size, at anterior aspect of left lower lobe. Left lung hyperinflation. Shifting of the mediastinum to the right hemithorax. The mediastinal vascular structures are normal contour and enhancement. No mediastinal lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion.
