2.4.1.1 Chemical classification
The classification of the chemical composition of rice was divided into rice and sticky rice that the same characteristics except hard seeds in rice. The seed of grain rice consists to amylose, about 15-30 percent. The seed of sticky rice consists to amylopectin mostly and amylose only 5-7 percent.
