It is also the policy of Contractor that all its undertakings are carried out so that persons not employed by Contractor are not exposed to danger. All Managers and Employees are responsible for carrying out this policy. Construction Manager and Supervisors are accountable to the Project Management and implementation of the HSE policy. They shall apply it to each contract and works under their control, providing all necessary information to employees. All works will be conducted in accordance with Contractor HSE Manual. Every employee has a legal duty at work to care for his safety and that of others, who may be affected by his unsafe acts or omissions. Site HSE Supervisor will be directly responsible to the Project Management and will advise Site Management on HSE Action plan.
