The turbidity of microbial suspensi

The turbidity of microbial suspension was diluted to match the turbidity of a 0.5 McFarland standard by spectrophotometry (OD = 0.08 - 0.1 at 625nm) corresponding
to 1x108CFU/mL and subsequently suspend 1:100 with Nutrient broth to obtain the bacteria containing 1×106cfu/mL.
