lost shall not be considered as a part of this mutual service agreement
4 . Parties agreed that WAREHOUSE shall arrange a proper Bailee's liability insurance covering cargo lost or damaged
that incurred by our fault or negligence during cargoes are under our custody at Baht 10,000 per cargo packaging
but not exceeding Baht 100,000 / Incident as our maximum liability.
5 . WAREHOUSE provide forklift 2 Tons without any additional charge. In case cargo volume is over 2 Tons/Unit,
Forklift Charge shall be quoted separately.
6 . Indoor Floor Capacity 3.5 Tons/SQM.
7 . Contract Period: Minimum 12 months. 1+ 1 Year Basis.
8 . All the mentioned rates shall not be affected in commercial wise unless countersigned by recipient and confirm back to
WAREHOUSE within 15 days after receiving date. Otherwise all the mentioned service conditions shall be
revoked automatically.
9 . All expenses with official receipt such as Port Gate charge, Customs Formality fee, Lift on‐ off,
Demurrage charge, Detention charge, Storage charge, cargo wharfage, wharfage handling etc.
10 . Price of Diesel fuel should not exceed Baht 28 / liter
11 . Insurance cover in case of accident only, Baht 100,000.
