Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for Customer properly and promptly.
2. Follow up with customer request within specific time frame and up to good quality standard.
3. Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service.
4. Deliver of quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standard.
5. Input and update all the records in system or files properly.
6. Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the company.
