In this study, we focus on the criteria and factors which support habitat selection of Eastern Sarus Crane applied to the model of habitat suitability index (HSI) mathematic model. The model of HSI is a tool to support the reintroduction of wildlife species in worldwide. Criteria and factors of the model are represented the interactions of habitat characteristics associated within wildlife species. This model is a multivariate statistic or a combination of mathematical equations and used for basic decide to habitat assessment. The result should be predicted the quality and suitability of the wetlands, which can be supported to population of Eastern Sarus Crane in the future. Their result is to serve as a basic conservation and improve wetland management because it increased understanding of habitat relationships and livelihood.
