Ethics Policy
All employees at all times shall conduct themselves and the business of the Company in an honest and ethical manner.
Employees’ commitment and adherence to ethical behavior shall be promoted through training, by example, and with ethical and technical support to employees’ job functions, tasks and situations.
Clear direction and/or assistance shall be provided to employees for appropriate, compliant decision-making for both routine tasks and extraordinary circumstances.
Mechanisms to evoke and address internal ethics issues shall be known to employees.
All employees who observe instances of unethical business conduct by another employee shall report the conduct to a supervisor and the Compliance Officer (or the Helpline) promptly.
Employees who report violations of this policy shall be kept free from intimidation and recrimination arising from such reporting.
Employees shall not fear reprisals arising from analytical disagreements with colleagues or superiors.
Compliance with this policy shall be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with this policy will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination from the Company.
Ethics-related Policies and Procedures (1105, 1110, 1115, 1120, 1125, 1130 and 1135) shall be maintained by the manager and available for review by all employees.

All Owen Oil Tools LP-Thailand’s employee is required to read and sign the Core Laboratories’ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
